Nowadays, saving electricity has become a necessity for the modern society. Electricity is getting more and more expensive every year, therefore we are having to concentrate on a few eco tips for saving electricity. To help you save on electricty around the home, we have compiled a list of energy tips to get you started.


1. Lighting

• Replace older light bulbs with new energy efficient fluorescent bulbs

• Switch off unnecessary lighting

2. Water

• Only use washing machine when full and use cold water when possible

• Only use dishwashers when full

• Install water efficient showerheads

• Reduce your pool pump time per day

• Replace your existing electric hot water system with a solar hot water system
